Sterling Accreditation
Sterling operates throughout the UK providing a Government Approved scheme to accredit Energy Assessors so that they can undertake Energy Performance Assessments on all types of buildings. Members are accredited to perform Energy Performance Certificates, Air Conditioning Reports, Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports.

Quality is always an issue, at Sterling Accreditation we aim to give property owners / investment managers peace of mind knowing that their EPC providers are competent and their calculations and certificates have been quality assured to the highest standard.
