Sterling operates throughout the UK providing a Government Approved scheme to accredit Energy Assessors so that they can undertake Energy Performance Assessments on all types of buildings. Members are accredited to perform Energy Performance Certificates, Air Conditioning Reports, Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports.

Sterling Accreditation in conjunction with Midland Energy Professionals (MEP) is hosting a Display Energy Certificate Master Class.

This 5 hour Structured CPD Session is being held at Weishaupt (uk) Ltd, Neachells Lane, Wilenhall WV13 3RG (approximately 8 minutes from J10 M6).

Energy Performance Certificates are required when a building is sold, rented out or newly constructed.

Display Energy Certificates are required for public buildings of over 1000m2 floor area and need to be displayed in a prominent area.

Air Conditioning Inspection Reports are required to be undertaken on all systems with a rated output of more than 250kW. All systems above 12kW rated output will need to be inspected by 4th January 2011.
