The data supplied in this form is used by Sterling Accreditation for the purposes of administering your application and membership. You will be included on the Sterling mailing list and this is used from time to time to keep you updated on the scheme and related developments. Your details are only disclosed to other parties in so much as current regulations require (e.g. to the Register). Information is only disclosed to an additional third party with your consent.
