Solution If the following error message appears:

Connection failed, Error=12030
The connection to the server has failed, please try again.

This error message appears when the XML file that you are attempting to lodge is larger than 10MB in size. XML files should never exceed 10MB ever on the largest buildings.

Review your XML file and recreate.
